The e-Social (Digital Tax Bookkeeping System for Tax, Social Security and Labor Obligations), part of the SPED system, will be mandatory in 2016 and will represent an advance in the system of accessory obligations.
All Brazilian employers must use this system to submit labor, social security, tax and fiscal information related to the hiring of labor with or without an employment relationship.
The information will be stored in the National e-Social Environment and can be accessed by all agencies participating in the project.
